'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started with a fundamental ambition: to deliver genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our pizza place began as a modest establishment run by family, passing on recipes through many generations.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the pizza craft during her ventures across Italy, training with renowned pizza experts in Naples—the origin of pizza. After returning to the UK, her mission was to reproduce the essence of bona fide Italian pizza, adhering to traditional practices and selecting only the best ingredients.
Initially a cozy 12-seat pizza joint, we’ve evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our devotion to excellence and genuineness remains constant. Our timeless wood-fired oven techniques continue, we still prepare our dough from scratch each day, and we meticulously source ingredients of the highest caliber available to us.
Currently, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still proudly family-held and directed, with the Rossi lineage’s next generation now at the helm of our zealous crew. While we have welcomed certain up-to-date shifts, the core of our venture stays the same: forging scrumptious, authentic pizza that unites folks.
